Plus, she has designed an app with tools such as guided meditation, daily affirmations, community, goal setting, gratitude journal, healthy tips, and logs. They offer a comprehensive platform for healing and empowerment through written works, a future film, and practical tools. There is a podcast, blog and utube channel. Webinars, Revisit will resonate with a broad audience of readers, including but not limited to the following groups:
• Survivors of abuse looking for understanding, validation, and hope. 1 in 3 women and 1 in 6 men are victims of sexual abuse worldwide.
